Senior Frontend Engineer (React + TypeScript)

This partnership gives us enterprise distribution from day one. Now we’re hiring a senior frontend engineer to help us scale an AI-powered workspace that routes the right information to the right person at the right time—beautifully.

Why this role?

We’re moving from POC to product, with budget, customers in the pipeline, and an urgent roadmap. You’ll own the web experience end-to-end: architecture, performance, accessibility, testing, deployment, and the design system that ties it all together.

What you’ll own

• Lead React/TypeScript development across our app (component architecture, state management, data-fetching, caching).

  
  

• Establish a design system + component library (tokens, theming, a11y, documentation).

  
  

• Drive performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), reliability, and observability.

  
  

• Shape the frontend architecture (SSR/SSG, routing, API contracts) in partnership with product and backend.

  
  

• Ship fast: define CI/CD for the web, testing strategy (unit, integration, E2E), feature flags, release cadence.

  
  

• Mentor teammates, conduct reviews, and raise the quality bar.

  
  

• Collaborate on AI-powered UX (prompt UIs, streaming states, background jobs, eval surfaces).

• Data: REST/GraphQL; client caching (React Query/TanStack Query, SWR)
  
  

• AWS (nice to have and very welcome): S3/CloudFront, Lambda/API Gateway, Cognito, DynamoDB/RDS, CloudWatch
  
  

• Node/Express on the backend
  
  
  

You’re a great fit if you have

• 5+ years building production web apps, with 3+ years deep in React/TypeScript.
  
  

• Shipped and maintained complex SPAs/SSR apps used by real customers.
  
  

• Mastery of component composition, state management, performance tuning, and a11y.
  
  

• Strong testing discipline and CI/CD know-how.
  
  

• Product sense: turning fuzzy ideas into elegant, fast, reliable interfaces.
  
  

• Comfortable designing APIs with backend peers and mentoring other engineers.
  
  

• Located within CET ±2 hours and excellent written/spoken English.
  
  
  

Extra spark (nice to have)

• Experience with AWS infra (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito) or IaC (CDK/Terraform)
  
  

• Building internal tooling/design systems, Storybook, Chromatic/visual testing
  
  

• Integrating AI/ML services (e.g., OpenAI APIs) and designing resilient UX around them
  
  

• Open source, side projects, or writing/speaking about frontend craft
