To provide the Synca Services, we engage trusted third-party service providers ("sub-processors"). For each sub-processor we apply the principle of least privilege: each provider has access only to the data needed for its purpose. This page lists our current sub-processors.

Amazon Web Services

  • Purpose: Hosting, database, file storage (S3), and transactional email (SES).

  • Data categories: Account data, Customer Content, usage and log data.

  • Data residency: EU/EEA.

  • Legal entity: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg.

Amazon Bedrock (Anthropic models)

  • Purpose: AI content generation, chat, and insights.

  • Data categories: Customer Content and profile context.

  • Data residency: EU/EEA (processed within the AWS region).

  • Legal entity: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg.

Google

  • Purpose: AI models and text embeddings.

  • Data categories: Customer Content and profile context.

  • Data residency: EU/EEA.

  • Legal entity: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager

  • Purpose: Website analytics on www.synca.ai.

  • Data categories: Usage data, device and browser information, IP address, cookie identifiers.

  • Data residency: EU/EEA.

  • Legal entity: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

OpenAI

  • Purpose: AI models and audio transcription (optional).

  • Data categories: Customer Content and uploaded audio.

  • Data residency: EU/EEA.

Microsoft Azure

  • Purpose: AI models (optional).

  • Data categories: Customer Content and profile context.

  • Data residency: EU/EEA.

Perplexity

  • Purpose: Optional AI web research for profile enrichment.

  • Data categories: User name and employer name (opt-in only).

  • Data residency: US.

Deepgram

  • Purpose: Audio transcription.

  • Data categories: Uploaded audio content.

  • Data residency: US.

  • Legal entity: Deepgram, Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA.

Speechmatics

  • Purpose: Audio transcription (optional).

  • Data categories: Uploaded audio content.

  • Data residency: UK/EU.

  • Legal entity: Speechmatics Ltd, Cambridge, United Kingdom.

fal.ai

  • Purpose: Audio transcription (optional).

  • Data categories: Uploaded audio content.

  • Data residency: US.

  • Legal entity: Features & Labels, Inc. (fal), USA.

Bright Data

  • Purpose: Web data retrieval for insights feeds.

  • Data categories: URLs and public web content requested by the Service.

  • Data residency: EU / global.

  • Legal entity: Bright Data Ltd.

PostHog

  • Purpose: Product analytics.

  • Data categories: Account identifiers (name, email, organization) and usage/interaction data.

  • Data residency: EU/EEA (EU Cloud).

  • Legal entity: PostHog, Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA (EU-hosted instance).

LinkedIn

  • Purpose: Sign-in and publishing content to your LinkedIn account.

  • Data categories: Profile data; post content and images you choose to publish.

  • Data residency: EU/EEA.

  • Legal entity: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Dublin, Ireland.
